Grosvenor secures planning for BTR Scheme

Last year Grosvenor secured planning for their first Built To Rent scheme delivering 1500 homes in the heart of Bermondsey.

Grosvenor’s masterplan won the NLA Planning Award in 2020 and they have recently started work on phase 1 of the scheme, which will deliver almost a quarter of the total homes, of which 35% will be affordable, a new 600 pupil secondary school and 87,000 sq ft of employment space. It’s expected to complete in 2024, with the full neighbourhood following by 2028.
