BTR n Brew is ARL’s new local network for ARL member operators and on-site teams. Created for the people running BTR communities every day, BTR n Brew offers a fresh, informal way for operational colleagues to connect with peers, share ideas and discuss the real opportunities and challenges of managing successful schemes.

This is an important new part of ARL’s member network, designed to bring more scheme-level voices into the conversation and strengthen local connections across the BTR sector.

Who is it for?

BTR n Brew is for ARL member operator teams, including General Managers, Assistant Managers, Resident Services, Leasing, Operations Managers and regional operational leads.

It is particularly aimed at colleagues working at scheme level who may not always be involved in ARL’s wider events programme, but whose insight and day-to-day experience are vital to the continued growth and success of the sector.

What to expect

Sessions are informal, practical and locally led and usually hosted in a local scheme. They provide space for open peer-to-peer discussion on the issues that matter to operator teams, from resident experience, leasing and staffing to mobilisation, customer service, local market trends and operational best practice. They will last for a hour or so each time and each Hub is likely to host one in different locations every 8-10 weeks.

BTR n Brew sessions are organised through ARL’s Hub network. Attendance is for ARL members and may vary by city depending on local capacity and format.
