Co Living Sector Committee

The Co Living Sector Committee provides strategic focus for the growth and delivery of high-quality co living homes that meet the needs of residents, operators, and institutional investors. It supports the ARL’s wider objectives by engaging with policymakers, collaborating across the sector, and contributing to external consultations. The committee also works to deepen understanding of co living, align with other ARL groups, and uphold the ARL’s reputation through impactful, coordinated activity.
