The Operational Benchmarking Working Group is leading the development of the ARL BTR Operational Dataset—an industry-first initiative to define consistent, trusted metrics for measuring Build to Rent operational performance. By establishing a standardised approach to operational benchmarking, the group supports greater transparency, informed decision-making, and continuous improvement across the sector. It brings together operators, investors, and advisors to ensure the dataset reflects real-world needs and helps raise standards across Build to Rent.
