The Multifamily Sector Committee brings together senior leaders from across the UK’s purpose-built rental living sector to set the strategic agenda for multifamily housing. Chaired by Stephanie Barbabosa (Lendlease) and Co-Chaired by Danielle Bayless (Quintain Living), the committee focuses on public policy, regulation, thought leadership, and the sector’s media and public positioning.
Working alongside the ARL’s Single Family and Co Living Committees, this group plays a vital role in shaping a cohesive and influential voice for the multifamily sector at a pivotal time for the industry.
