Thrive is the leading provider of social value and impact reporting software and consultancy services. The Thrive platform empowers organisations including in Real Estate to identify, capture, and report on their social value impacts using proprietary metrics from the Impact Evaluation Standard (IES) framework or by incorporating their own.

The Impact Evaluation Standard provides customers with a consistent “common language” for conveying their impact, in both social impact and social value terms. This includes cross-border measurement from 2025. Overall, we provide over 110 metrics for measuring your impact, with additional metrics tailored specifically for the property sector. Soon, we will introduce benchmarking capabilities, allowing users to compare their performance against Build-to-Rent (BTR) peers.
