Rafille Mir is responsible for driving Wifinity’s strategic growth across the Consumer and B2B arms at Wifinity Group. Prior to Wifinity, Raf has held senior sales management roles at PCCW Global (the international arm of HKT Group), Deutsche Telekom and BT. Rob Stevens is Regional Sales Director for SmartRent UK, specialising in the Build To Rent, Single Family Rental and Co-Living sectors.

With over fourteen years experience of the residential and hospitality markets, Rob has gained an exceptional understanding of the needs of the Operator and their Residents, and how a well designed, integrated proptech solution can create both an enhanced customer experience and an efficient operating environment. 

 

 

John Hammond 

Jon has 20 years’ experience of launching smart technology and SaaS services into the UK&I market. He has worked with developers and operators across all asset classes and at all build and operation stages. Jon regularly blogs and speaks on issues around the last inch delivery conundrum.

 

 

 

Glyn Fordham

Glyn Fordham is TLJ’s specialist Business Development Manager for the BTR, PRS, Single and Multi-Family Residential, and Co-living sectors.

With over a decade working in Smart Building Infrastructure, Glyn combines formidable technical product knowledge with practical site implementation experience. As a result, he is able to work with the client and their contractors to develop an integrated access control solution precisely tailored to each individual project
