Todd has 17+ years of experience as a technologist, with ten of those years dedicated to PropTech. In that time, he has developed a home sharing platform for multifamily operators, bespoke middleware, and ERP systems for NMHC top 50 managers. Most recently, Todd was a Partner and CTO of Niido –the first-of-its-kind multifamily apartment operator designed for home sharing in partnership with Airbnb. Prior to that, he was the CTO at Kettler Management, Director of Technology Development at The Bozzuto Group, and Director of Marketing.
