Hannah Marsh – Co-founder of HomeViews
Hannah moved into the property industry four years ago when she co-founded the property rating service HomeViews. She started her career at GSK, spending seven years at the pharma giant before joining a luxury skincare startup. As Marketing Director Hannah helped take it from a table-top business to a brand featuring in stores such as Selfridges and Barney’s New York.
Brendan Geraghty – CEO of UKAA
Architect, design and development strategist Brendan Geraghty is a recognised Build to Rent (BTR) thought leader who has been active in the sector since 2011. Brendan is known for actively championing the integration of consumer culture in BTR with a ‘brand before building’ approach.
Brendan combines deep generalist and broad specialist knowledge, creating structured development and consumer centric BTR strategies, integrating consumer culture principles with investment requirements. He has spent 16 years in senior roles, including with Centred Architecture, Optim and Geraghty Taylor Architects, before becoming CEO of UKAA (the UK Apartment Association) in 2022.
Nadya Dunn – Operations Manager at APO
Nadya has been working in the real estate sector for 15 years, starting her career in Singapore before moving to the UK. Having previously managed both commercial and residential properties for Regus, Savills and RealStar, she is very excited to be part of APO, focusing on business development, operations and team management.
In her spare time, you can find Nadya jogging, doing yoga or spending time with her daughter.
Carmine D’Orazio – Building Manager of Ten Degrees, Croydon
For almost two years, Carmine has led the operations and community of Ten Degrees, Greystar’s flagship BTR development.
Rebecca Whitehead – General Manager of The Whitmore Collection, Birmingham
Rebecca joined Urbanbubble in 2018 to launch Legal & General’s first Build to Rent site in Birmingham, she is now a Multi-City General Manager covering Manchester and the Midlands.
Prior to Joining Urbanbubble, Rebecca spent three years in Residential property management following a lengthy stint of 14 years in Retail and Hospitality. Drawing on her operational, leadership and team development experience gained in these industries, she is now developing Urbanbubble’s Build to Rent team structures and strategy to gain efficiencies through regional working.
