UKAA Webinar: Deep Dive with MindFolio
Homes are unique, blurring the financial with the emotional. And yet, too little time (and research!) is spent on investigating and quantifying value from the consumer perspective.
Join us on January 17th and discover some BTR secrets that Big Data alone can’t provide, expanding the industry’s rather hard-nose definition of ‘value’ to go far beyond price alone.
Head of Data Science & Insights, Dr. Jamie Samson and Senior Project Manager, James Griffin will be unveiling MindFolio’s inaugural Deep Dive: Building Up Rental Value, where they will be putting a spotlight on:
- How consumers trade-off 19 value drivers within a BTR home and/or community
- Drawing in underleveraged BTR segments such as families and empty nesters
- Amenity & service differentiators that prospective renters truly value
- Ideal lease packages & deposit lengths, focusing on what will make customers stay for longer
