New announcements and initiatives from the Government.
Introducing our 5th webinar on all things fire safety, thank you to Ringley sponsors Towergate Insurance Brokers.
We invite you back to re-visit and explain where the government is moving towards and what this will mean for both developers and property owners.
We are five years on from the Grenfell tragedy, there are still 2,000 buildings covered with dangerous cladding materials according to the Housing, Communities and Local Government (HCLG) committee.
It is still fairly difficult to get a mortgage on a building higher than 18 metres (around six floors) without an EWS1 form to certify that the cladding on residential blocks is safe – but as things move on all things compartmentation and fire doors are now frustrating sales too.
Ringley trains government departments on EWS1 and cladding and advises the Government’s Housing and Communities £5 Billion fund. Join us to re-visit and explain where the government is moving towards and how this impacts your company.
