BTR Code of Practice webinar – Overview and Principles 1 & 2
The ARL is leading the BTR sector in establishing a Code of Practice – an essential social contract that defines the standards to which the sector operates, setting BTR apart from individual landlords within the Private Rental Sector.
Government and policymakers are welcoming the ARL establishing a set of principles, which have been well received so far. To gain real traction for the recognition of the high standards of BTR we now need demonstrable input and support from the across the sector.
These webinars will give you deeper insights into the seven principles of the BTR Code of Practice, hear the feedback so far, and give your own input.
Each of the webinars will focus on specific principles, with input from independent authors The Good Economy and sector experts.
