Principles of a BTR Code of Practice and Customer Charter – your chance to contribute
The principles of a new Build to Rent (BTR) Code of Practice and Customer Charter are being introduced by The ARL (Association for Rental Living) for consultation with the BTR sector on their practical implementation.
The Customer Charter will be launched alongside the BTR Code of Practice. The draft can been seen here, and we seek Association for Rental Living member views.
