The principles of a new Build to Rent (BTR) Code of Practice are being introduced by The ARL (Association for Rental Living) for consultation with the BTR sector on their practical implementation.

Welcome to the consultation phase for the new Build to Rent (BTR) Code of Practice, an initiative from the Association for Rental Living (ARL).

The following pages enable you to share your views of each of the 7 principles including the rationale behind each, and how these principles will be applied, implemented, and measured.
