UKAA welcomes Jude Cooper as new Membership & Administration Manager

In line with the clear strategy for growth outlined in its manifesto, the UKAA (the UK Apartment Association) has announced the appointment of Jude Cooper as its new Membership & Administration Manager.

Jude will be a key addition to the UKAA team, ensuring that the 300+ members, all active or with an interest in Build to Rent across the UK, get the most out of their membership and that it delivers maximum benefit for each of their businesses.

Jude brings extensive experience of customer success in the property sector to the UKAA role. Over the past 15 years, her career has spanned estate agency, property photography and a range of customer success management positions. Jude comments:

“It was when I began working in the property sector that I found my happy place: helping people find homes they love. Over the past 15 years, that has been a core and unwavering part of my work. I’m thrilled to now be able to bring that commitment to the Build to Rent industry through the new Membership & Administration Manager role at the UKAA.”

In addition to serving as UKAA members’ main port of call, Jude will be undertaking regular reviews to establish where and how members can better share their expertise.

The new role supports the UKAA Manifesto 2023, which outlines the UKAA’s focus on mirroring the growth of the Build to Rent industry. Doing so encompasses greater investment in knowledge creation and distribution, attracting and retaining members, increasing visibility and strategic influence, strong leadership and mutually beneficial partnerships. The new role will work across all these areas, supporting the organisation to pursue its clear strategy for growth and delivery.

“We are delighted to welcome Jude to the UKAA team. Her customer-focused approach will ensure that every UKAA member can gain maximum benefit from their UKAA membership, as well as creating new opportunities for members to utilise and share their knowledge. This lays a strong foundation not only for individual members to benefit but for the Build to Rent industry.”
