MetStructures Limited

MetStructures aim to improve the ‘B’ of Build to Rent. We create robust structures of up to 15 storeys using, a combination of cold rolled steel (CRS) and hot rolled steel (HRS). Floors are formed in concrete, satisfying the demands for long-term robustness of BTR operators. In addition, the speed of the system will improve financial performance, with the reduced weight lowering embodied CO2 and improving ESG. ESG benefits – while very robust, MetStructures buildings are up to 50% lighter than traditional concrete framed structures, providing significant reductions in embodied CO2. In addition, to being fully recyclable the steel components in a MetStructures building are also potentially re-usable and as such, perfect for creating a circular economy.
