UKAA Expo ‘24 supports Build to Rent suppliers to ‘Make the Connection’ with buyers

The UKAA (UK Apartment Association) will be running its hugely popular annual Expo in London on 29th February 2024. The largest trade show for the Build to Rent (BTR) and Single-Family rental (SFR) sectors, the UKAA Expo will focus on enabling suppliers, investors, procurement executives, operators, and third-party operators to make the connections they need to do better BTR business.

The UKAA BTR Expo ’24 will feature a range of exciting and engaging ways for suppliers to connect with BTR representatives. Over 90 sector-leading exhibitors will be present, with the event featuring expert presentations and thought leadership sessions, along with roundtables, interactive breakout sessions and a range of workshops.

The UKAA Expo will include a BTR Launch Pad – a new feature for 2024 where which provides a dedicated platform for companies to showcase new innovations and concepts to BTR specifiers, focused on exciting new products and providing a stepping stone for sector innovators.

Returning for 2024, the event will also feature FM Fever, an energetic series of facilities maintenance challenges where teams compete against each and the clock and Reverse Trade Shows. This hugely popular element uses a business-focused speed dating format to enable suppliers to make connections with investors, operators, and procurement teams. UKAA has held Reverse Trade Shows at previous Expos, as well as online, always with extremely positive feedback.
