The ARL is pleased to welcome Curlew Capital as a new member. 

Curlew Capital is a privately owned, UK-based Investment and Development Management business, with a focus on Operational Real Estate sectors, primarily UK purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA).​ Founded in 2011, the company has raised and invested over £1bn through Indirect Funds and Direct Single Accounts across the UK and the Netherlands. ​ Curlew creates investment assets through forward-funding arrangements, direct development, and the purchase of operational assets. ​ It is also pursuing additional investment strategies in the European PBSA, BTR and Co-living sectors.
