ARL calls on members to share their views on Scottish Parliament consultations linked to rent controls

There are two Scottish Parliament consultation documents in relation to rent control that invite industry feedback:

What:                    Housing (Scotland) Bill Call for Views

Who:                     Issued by Scottish Parliament (The Local Government, Housing and Planning Committee and Social Justice and Social Security Committee).

Why:                      To reinforce concerns around the rent control proposals.

What:                    Housing (Scotland) Bill: Financial Memorandum

Who:                     Issued by Scottish Parliament (Finance and Public Admin Committee)

Why:                     To reinforce concerns around the rent control proposals with particular emphasis financial implications.
