Love to Rent, the only portal exclusively designed to market build to rent developments is launching the first customer awareness week 24-28 May with the campaign, “Renting…..but not as you know it!”, to promote the benefits of renting a build to rent home. This campaign week is supported by the British Property Federation and the UKAA.


The week will start with a customer-focused video that showcases customer lifestyle, key messages and engages at a consumer level.


A specifically designed website has been developed for the week, where BTR operators have the opportunity to promote their developments case studies, videos, incentives and events that they have planned to get relevant information to the customer, free of charge.


The site will drive enquiries about specific developments to the Love to Rent website where clients will receive potential enquiries and leads that are generated throughout the week (and ongoing).


Supported by The Oracle Group, a social media, press, and radio campaign is planned for the week to create as much awareness and impact as possible.

We are working alongside the UKAA and BPF as well as a host of operators to create a marketplace that customers have confidence in. This will also gain further recognition from decision-makers that BTR is both a viable and growing part of the sector.”


Working collaboratively will provide the best outcome and Love to Rent is encouraging as many developers/organisations in the build to rent sector to get involved in the week, to make sure that customers truly understand what choices they have.
