ARL welcomes new member: Venn Partners

Venn Partners is a specialist investment manager in European residential investment strategies. Our investment activity currently extends across the spectrum of residential asset classes, including market rent, affordable housing and owner-occupancy. We currently have around £5bn of capital deployed and around £5bn further capital to deploy.
Within the UK we are a major lender to the Build-to-Rent and affordable housing sectors, we have a residential mortgage lending strategy and a rent-to-own strategy. In the Netherlands we additionally have a residential mortgage lending strategy.
We serve the investment needs of a diversified group of government entities, leading global institutions and private investors. 
Our business is underpinned by Vera, our proprietary online loan management and risk analytics platform. It is a single platform that is across multiple asset classes, across the whole of an investments lifecycle and across all business functions. It is also licensed to third party asset managers. 
Venn is part owned by ESR Group, a large real estate manager with around $150bn of assets under management.
