The Association for Rental Living has today launched a brand new rental living-specific Market Directory.

The ARL Market Directory, a core pillar of activity for the organisation in 2026, has been designed to improve supplier discoverability across the rental living ecosystem, enable direct connection with investors, operators and purchasers, and ultimately, drive better BTR business.

Publicly available on the ARL website, the ARL Market Directory is accessible to over 5,000 contacts across the association’s 300+ corporate members, and to any other business in the rental living sector, both in the UK and internationally.

Categorised and searchable by service offering, location and membership type, the ARL Market Directory standard listing offers supplier, advisor and agent members the perfect platform to promote their rental living products and services – and all included as part of the ARL membership in line with the association’s ethos that members get more.

The ARL Market Directory launches with more than 140 rental living suppliers, advisors, and agents listed across categories from Agents & Property Management through to White Goods Suppliers. It will continue to develop with additional functionality and member benefits actively being explored, including enhanced supplier profiles, featured listing opportunities, improved automation and  lead generation tools. The ARL will continue to review potential developments as the Market Directory evolves and welcomes feedback and suggestions from the membership.
