Ark Workplace Risk announced as ARL Gold Partner and Risk & Compliance Partner for 2025

  • Ark serves as ARL Gold Partner & Risk and Compliance Partner from 1st January 2025
  • Sponsorship will support ARL members with risk, compliance and safety expertise
  • Development marks next step in ARL’s mission to elevate rental living

The Association for Rental Living (ARL) – the membership body for all institutionally backed, professionally managed purpose-built rental living sectors – has announced that Ark Workplace Risk is a Gold Partner and Risk and Compliance Partner of the organisation for 2025.

Ark’s focus is on workplace risk, compliance and safety, spanning people, processes and property. The firm supports Build to Rent (BTR) sector operators to navigate the unprecedented changes in legislation over recent years. With safety and compliance sometimes feeling like a moving target in the sector, given the speed of change, Ark empowers clients to manage their risk through expert knowledge, innovative solutions and proactive guidance and insight.

Ark has a long-standing relationship as an active member of the ARL, particularly in relation to advising members on the Building Safety Act 2022. Ark also Chairs the ARL Risk Working Group and are an active member of its Whole Life Costing Working Group. In recent years, the Ark team has supported the delivery of a number of ARL events, including as speakers at the ARL Annual Conference and webinars.

The new sponsorship means that Ark Workplace Risk will serve as the ARL’s partner for risk and compliance.

“We are incredibly proud to become the Gold Partner of Risk and Compliance with the Association for Rental Living. This collaboration marks a significant step forward in our mission to empower the BTR industry with the tools, insights, and partnership they need to deliver exceptional living experiences. Together with the ARL, we look forward to driving higher standards of safety, compliance, and operational excellence across the BTR sector, helping to protect not only properties but the communities that call them home.”

Peter Clark, Managing Director at Ark Workplace Risk

“As we continue the ARL’s mission to elevate rental living and set new standards for the sector, this key partnership will support our members to access crucial expertise and insights regarding workplace risk, compliance and safety. We are delighted to welcome Ark as our Gold partner and Risk and Compliance Partner for 2025, formalising and cementing a valuable relationship that extends back many years.”
