A Night to Remember: Successful Launch of the North East and Yorkshire Hub!

Last night, we were thrilled to officially launch the North East and Yorkshire Hub at the stunning Womble Bond Dickinson offices in Newcastle. The event was a resounding success, bringing together a vibrant mix of professionals, industry leaders, and stakeholders.

The evening featured insightful conversations led by Brendan Geraghty and Paul Beattie, diving into topics that are pivotal to the region’s growth and innovation, including:

• The evolution and direction of the ARL (Affordable Rent to Local) sector
• Opportunities and challenges within the Build to Rent (BTR) market
• The critical role of investment into regional economies
• The importance and future impact of the Code in guiding sustainable and meaningful development

This launch represents just the beginning. As we look to the future, we’re excited about what’s to come, including the planned 2025 event rollout across the regions, further strengthening connections and driving forward the conversation on regional growth and collaboration.
