The organisation’s flagship annual event, now in its 10th year, will take place on 6th November 2025 at London’s One Canada Square, marking a decade of defining rental living.

Looking ahead to the next 10 years, the established sector conference will focus on a series of key themes including:

  1. An outlook for rental living
  2. The important role of placemaking
  3. BTR pathways and our future leaders
  4. Operational benchmarks
  5. The impact of technology
  6. Insurance risks
  7. How building trust builds homes

Clive Betts MP, Chair of the BTR Taskforce – which includes Association for Rental Living as founding representatives – is announced as the keynote speaker alongside Nero Ughwujab, Strategy Adviser – EDI the Kings Trust who returns to address conference attendees and Phil Mayall, Managing Director at Muse Places.

These high profile, engaging speakers will be joined by 50+ Rental Living Sector-leading speakers, presenting a diverse array of insights, emerging trends, innovations and essential knowledge.

The Rental Living Annual Conference 2025 will build on the successes of the Association for Rental Living’s past decade of uniquely insightful sector-specific events. The 2024 conference attracted well over 400 delegates, including key decision-makers and sector influencers in rental living. As in previous years, the 2025 conference will include three exciting People Awards, designed to honour those who have made outstanding contributions to the sector.

New for 2025, the concurrent Rental Living Sector Pathways Conference will offer a dedicated learning, discussion and networking zone. Aimed at those in the mid stages of their rental living career, the event will be an essential resource for the sector’s future leaders. Like the Rental Living Annual Conference, it will deliver crucial networking opportunities, attracting advisors, agents, architects, consultants, developers, investors, legal teams, media representatives, operators, suppliers and more.

“The Rental Living Annual Conference 2025 continues the Association for Rental Living’s 10-year legacy of leading BTR determined lived debate and discussion. The only event delivered by the voice of the sector, it drives actions, not just words, bringing together the entire rental living sector ecosystem.”
