This Committee provides a strategic focus for the Single Family Housing sector and to deliver high-quality new houses that meet the needs of institutional investors and operators, whilst providing secure, professionally managed housing for families.
This Committee brings together investors and operators of single-family houses with the house builders who deliver them, to create mutual understanding and collaboration, establishing long-term partnerships for new home delivery that meets the needs for professionally managed homes. Particular focus of the ARL Single Family Housing Sector committee is on:
- Partnership
- Risk sharing
- Specification for long-term management as rental
- Financial modelling
The ARL Single Family Housing Sector committee is also driving engagement with policy makers and local authorities to improve understanding of the quality and value of suburban BTR delivery in providing high quality rental homes that meet local market needs, working in collaboration with the British Property Federation to drive cross-sector collaboration and provide a clear voice to government and policy makers.
