The Association for Rental Living Combined Operator Committee’s role is to share knowledge among operators across the rental living sector, develop best practice and identify areas of focus for the Association.
Initial areas of focus falling within the committee’s remit include salary benchmarking, security and bike theft, Building Safety Act issues, the practical implications of the Renters’ Rights Bill and minimum professional qualification requirements.
The Association for Rental Living will establish subcommittees as required to focus on specific issues in greater depth.
