The Operator Committee’s role is to share knowledge among operators across the rental living sector, develop best practice and identify areas of focus for the ARL.
Areas of focus falling within the committee’s remit include a salary benchmarking project and role definitions, security, Building Safety Act issues, the practical implications of the Renters’ Rights Act and minimum professional qualification requirements.
