Launch of the UKAA Midlands Hub: The potential for BTR in the Midlands – the opportunities and challenges
Build to Rent in the Midlands has continued to go from strength to strength and is well on its way to being an established housing offer across the wider region. Birmingham’s BTR sector attracted the most investment outside of London in 2022 and this has been catapulted by regeneration and upcoming HS2.
Join us for the launch of the UKAA’s newest Hub in the Midlands on the 28th June 2023 hosted by DLA Piper.
This event will outline how the UKAA plans to support members with an interest or presence in the Midlands to:
- convene to discuss national BTR opportunities and challenges through a local lens
- understand local challenges and opportunities in BTR
- hold local events and networking for wider audiences
The event will give an introduction to the UKAA; an overview on the BTR Midlands Market with a fascinating panel session; and will be followed by networking and drinks. It will also be an opportunity to meet the new Steering Group, co-chaired by Rebecca Taylor, Longharbour and Tom Grey, David Phillips and members of the UKAA steering group and leadership team.
