ARL Operator Forum meeting

Our ARL Operator Forum is being relaunched and will meet on 3rd June 2024 at 3pm via Zoom. 

Led by Gareth Bone, Regional Operations Manager from Quintain Living, the Operator  Forum provides a platform for members to discuss and share the ever changing landscape of front line operations and the associated challenges, experience, best practice and insights, with the ultimate goal of improving the processes that support staff and customer experience. 

Membership of the ARL Operator Forum is targeted primary at front line staff – especially junior members and those in customer-facing roles.  Forum meetings will be scheduled quarterly going forward. An agenda will be shared prior to the meeting.
