This round table will explore how Build to Rent developments can move beyond physical amenities to create genuinely inclusive communities that reflect and embrace the diversity of modern urban living. The Panel will examine how design, operational services, and resident engagement strategies can ensure that BTR schemes are accessible and welcoming to people of all ages, abilities, cultural backgrounds, and lifestyles. All with the aim of creating more sustainable (longer term) communities.
