UKAA raising awareness and influence
|
|
Following the first AGM in December 2022, the UKAA launched it’s first manifesto in January, setting out the key purpose and impact that UKAA will deliver for the Build to Rent sector and for our members.
|
|
The manifesto sets out key aims to establish recognition of BTR across Government, local authorities and wider property and investment sectors, and to establish recognition of UKAA as the body representing the BTR sector. Already in 2023 we have been busy responding to Government consultations, increasing the media profile of UKAA and establishing strategic partnerships with bodies that can extend UKAA influence. This NewBuzz is dedicated to showcasing these activities, and how UKAA is working on behalf of our members.
