New resource to boost UKAA strategic communications and influence

We are pleased to announce that Graham Sibley of Building Strategies has taken up a role to support the UKAA core goals of increasing awareness and influence as the representative body for the BTR sector.

Graham assumes the role of Director of Strategic Communications and Marketing, supporting Brendan Geraghty in setting out and delivering strategies, providing structure and establishing on-going influencing campaign programme to meet the objective of positioning UKAA as the voice of BTR.  He will be working with marketing partner Focus and other partners on marketing and communications campaigns and oversee their delivery.

He will work with UKAA committees to identify key policy issues and establish strong positions and messaging to underpin marketing and communications campaigns.

Graham comes with a wealth of strategic communications experience across the built environment and has worked with the BTR sector whilst at NHBC for nearly a decade.  He has already worked with UKAA in 2022 undertaking a strategic review of the membership proposition and establishing the platform for the UKAA Manifesto that was launched in January 2023 and underpins UKAA strategy going forward.
