New UKAA committee takes forward institutionally backed BTR houses delivery with investors and housebuilders
- Move confirms single-family rental as an integral part of the UKAA BTR scope
- The culmination of nine months of collaboration bringing together investors and housebuilders
The UKAA committee is also driving engagement with policy makers and local authorities to improve understanding of the quality and value of BTR houses delivery in providing high quality rental homes that meet local market needs.
The UKAA work brings together investors and operators of single-family houses with the house builders who deliver them, to create mutual understanding and collaboration that can establish long-term partnerships for new home delivery that meets the needs for professionally managed homes.
The UKAA committee includes representation from the British Property Federation (BPF) and the Home Builders Federation (BPF) to drive cross-sector collaboration and provide a clear voice to government and policy makers.
