The Association for Rental Living (ARL) is committed to setting the highest standards for the Build to Rent sector. Following extensive consultation with our members, we have released a revised draft of the Build to Rent Code of Practice and a draft Customer Charter for further consultation with government, policymakers, and consumer groups.

This next phase will assess how the Code of Practice aligns with its intended goals, ensuring it effectively supports the growth and professionalism of the sector while securing advocacy for its implementation. 

By establishing clear standards, the Code of Practice will provide transparency, accountability, and consistency across the sector, reinforcing the value of Build to Rent in delivering high-quality, professionally managed rental homes.
